We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of your unworn, unused and unlaundered items within 30 days of the purchase date. All tags must be on, including hang tag, and please include your packing slip. We will reimburse fully the price of the garment however shipping is the customers responsibility unless a result of our mistake.

Kozie generally ships via USPS unless we deem necessary to ship UPS. We offer free shipping across the USA. Overseas shipping is a flat rate of $15. If you are located outside of the US, please go to our overseas website.
