Shipping & Return
Shipping within the US is on us. Upon order confirmation, orders will arrive within 5 – 10 business days (Monday – Friday not including Holidays, vacations, or weekends). Standard Delivery.
Please contact us for expedited shipping requests. Express orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the next day pending credit card authorization. Orders will arrive within 3 business days following credit card authorization and verification.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipments but will use United Parcel Service (UPS) when deemed necessary.
If you are purchasing from outside of the US, please contact us with the following order details:
Product SKU number (including product options: color, size, etc...)
Quantity of each product
We'll then prepare an invoice including the shipping rate and estimated delivery time. Once payment is received, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
Product must be unused
Product must not be damaged
All tags must be on, including hang tag, and please include your packing slip.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
